Leaving the desert of Midland, Texas I obtained my law degree (J.D.) from the University of Tulsa School of Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma and a Master of Legal Letters in Taxation (LL.M.) from the University of Miami in Coral Gables.  Afterwards, I obtained licenses to practice law in Florida, Texas and Missouri as well as real estate sales licenses in Texas and Florida.   Serving as an Arbitrator hearing valuation matters for the Texas State Comptroller’s Office increased my knowledge in the valuation of assets, no matter where they are located.  Representing clients in complex valuation cases and real estate deals increased my knowledge exponentially.

Divorce is a difficult and emotional journey.   Unfortunately, I have experienced a divorce involving minor children.  Even when “friendly” the emotional, financial and legal issues faced while undergoing this journey can be mind numbing.  There are many things to deal with, not just legal issues.   I will help you through this experience.  

Since 1992 I have represented individuals and corporations owned by them in highly stressful situations involving real estate and tax matters as they travelled the divorce highway.  Each client receives personal, attentive and sympathetic representation.
